Remember that Challenge from Day #2? Where I asked if there was any aspect of your life that you could change and improve on. Well, have you been working on that? And be honest, that is the only way you can make progress.
Tell me how your week went when it came to this challenge. How many days this week did you work on it? Why didn’t you work on it? If you did the extra challenge from each day this part should be really easy. If you haven’t, well now is the time to write how you have worked on it.
It is good to keep track on ones progress, especially when one is trying to overcome a challenge.
